Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-impact corporate events annually, managing budgets up to £500K
- Lead cross-functional teams across creative, production, and vendor management
- Develop strategic event roadmaps aligned with client KPIs and brand objectives
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers, ensuring cost optimization
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and crisis management frameworks
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and enhance future event strategies
- Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and agency partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in end-to-end event management with £500K+ budget experience
- Proven track record of producing 50+ corporate events across EMEA
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event production using platforms like Hopin and Cvent
- Professional certifications in CMP or similar (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech: Eventbrite, Cvent, Aventri, and Tableau
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 clients
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
