Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact corporate and social events (50+ attendees)
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles: vendor negotiations, budget oversight, and timeline coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, caterers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event experiences that align with client brand narratives and ROI objectives
- Conduct post-event analysis and optimize strategies for future engagements
- Maintain relationships with premium venue partners and vendor networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in digital event platforms and hybrid event production
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event case studies
