Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15-20 premium events annually with budgets exceeding $500K
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with top-tier NYC venues and suppliers
- Oversee event budgets, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis for major clients
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event technology solutions for hybrid and in-person experiences
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-end event management with corporate or luxury brand experience
- Proven track record managing events with 500+ attendees and $300K+ budgets
- Expertise in NYC venue landscape and vendor ecosystem
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
