Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from ideation to post-event analysis
- Strategic vendor partnerships and contract negotiations with premier venues and suppliers
- Budget oversight and financial optimization for 6-7 figure event productions
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV specialists, and logistics coordinators
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging tech and immersive experiences
- Client relationship management and stakeholder alignment for C-level executives
- Crisis management and real-time problem resolution during high-stakes events
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive events management experience with $500K+ budgets
- Proven expertise in corporate conferences, product launches, and experiential marketing
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in event management platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ complex event productions
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
