Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from ideation and vendor negotiation to post-event analysis
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, production staff, and external vendors
- Manage complex budgets ($500k+) and financial reporting for 15+ annual events
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure seamless on-site execution
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event ROI and client satisfaction metrics
- Nurture strategic partnerships with venues, vendors, and industry influencers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury event management
- Proven success executing events with budgets exceeding $500k
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technologies and digital engagement tools
- Exceptional project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ high-profile events with measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Ability to travel 40% of the time with flexible availability
