Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from conceptualization to post-event analysis
- Strategic planning and execution of 15-20 annual events with budgets up to $500K
- Vendor negotiation and partnership development with premium venues, caterers, and AV specialists
- Team leadership of 5+ event coordinators and cross-functional stakeholders
- Crisis management and on-site troubleshooting for high-pressure environments
- Data-driven optimization of event ROI through KPI tracking and analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in event management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record executing 50+ events across diverse formats
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budgeting, contract management, and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
