Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile corporate events, conferences, and product launches with flawless attention to detail
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize cost structures without compromising quality
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and technical specialists to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to create immersive attendee experiences
- Oversee crisis management protocols and real-time problem resolution during live events
- Analyze post-event metrics and ROI to drive continuous improvement in event strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with venues, sponsors, and industry influencers to expand event reach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of executing 50+ large-scale events (500+ attendees) across diverse industries
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management
- Strong proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and digital collaboration tools
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent industry certification
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Deep understanding of experiential marketing principles and audience engagement strategies
