Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ high-profile annual events, from concept development to post-event analysis
- Strategic budget management and vendor negotiation for multi-million dollar events
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and hospitality staff
- Develop innovative event experiences that align with brand identity and client objectives
- Implement digital engagement strategies through live streaming and interactive tech integration
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and optimize future initiatives based on data insights
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Fortune 500 clients and industry partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury events management with budgets over $500K
- Proven track record of producing 50+ large-scale corporate/cultural events
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor contracting, and crisis management protocols
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite Pro)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and contract negotiation
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage concurrent complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certification (CMP, CSEP) or equivalent industry credentials
