Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate events with budgets up to $2M
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for venues, catering, and technology
- Develop innovative event experiences that align with brand objectives and audience engagement
- Analyze post-event metrics and ROI to optimize future strategies
- Oversee event logistics including transportation, accommodations, and risk management
- Mentor junior staff and maintain industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven track record executing large-scale events (500+ attendees)
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Expertise in budget forecasting and financial management for events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse event types and outcomes
