Responsibilities
- Strategize and deliver 12+ premium events annually (corporate galas, product launches, international conferences)
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Leverage CRM systems to maintain stakeholder relationships and drive repeat business
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing specialists
- Implement innovative technology solutions for hybrid and virtual event experiences
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and sustainability protocols
- Analyze post-event metrics to optimize ROI and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing complex international events (50+ attendees)
- Exceptional budget management and contract negotiation skills
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Bizzabo)
- Relevant degree or certification in Events Management/Hospitality
- Fluency in English with additional European languages advantageous
- Portfolio demonstrating successful high-budget event execution
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
