Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events from concept to execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Develop detailed event budgets with strict financial oversight
- Design innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Execute risk management protocols and contingency planning
- Coordinate logistics for multi-location international events
- Measure event ROI through post-event analytics reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with luxury/tech clients
- Proven track record managing £500K+ event budgets
- Strong vendor negotiation and partnership management skills
- Expertise in digital event integration and hybrid formats
- Prince2 or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
