Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-profile events annually, from conception to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and coordinators to deliver flawless execution
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Implement sustainable practices across all operations to minimize environmental impact
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and suppliers in NYC metropolitan area
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven expertise producing large-scale conferences (500+ attendees) and luxury brand activations
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri) and CRM systems
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent industry certification
- Exceptional crisis management skills with track record of contingency planning success
- Demonstrable experience managing remote hybrid and in-person event formats
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event case studies with measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
