Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 12+ annual events (50-2,000 attendees) from conceptualization to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical staff while maintaining $1.5M+ project budgets
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand identities and KPIs
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers securing exclusive partnerships
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and crisis management procedures for live events
- Leverage data analytics to optimize event ROI and attendee engagement metrics
- Maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients and industry influencers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing with 7+ years' experience
- Proven track record producing large-scale corporate events (minimum 5 events >500 attendees)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional budget management and P&L reporting skills
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management expertise
- Crisis management experience with live event protocols
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning event campaigns
