- Lead conceptualization and execution of 15+ premium annual events (500-2000 attendees)
- Manage £2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Develop strategic partnerships with luxury venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Oversee cross-functional teams including creative, technical, and marketing departments
- Implement cutting-edge event technology and hybrid integration strategies
- Drive post-event analytics and ROI optimization for stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in senior events management with £1M+ budget experience
- Proven track record executing complex corporate/cultural events in London
- Advanced certification in Event Management (e.g., CSEP, CMP)
- Expertise in crisis management and contingency planning for large-scale events
- Strong vendor network within London's event ecosystem
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Fluency in English with exceptional client presentation skills
