- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and exclusive suppliers
- Implement risk management protocols and crisis response strategies
- Leverage data analytics to optimize attendee experience and ROI
- Maintain C-suite relationships with key client stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in high-end event management with corporate or luxury sector focus
- Proven track record of managing £500k+ event budgets
- Advanced certification in Event Management (CMM, CMP, or equivalent)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technology platforms
- Fluency in English with additional European languages advantageous
