Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from conception to post-event analysis
- Develop and execute detailed event budgets with 98% cost accuracy
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Oversee venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination
- Implement innovative technology solutions for attendee engagement
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Analyze post-event ROI and compile performance reports for clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record of managing events with 500+ attendees
- Certification in Event Management (CMP, CSEP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in budgeting, contract management, and vendor relations
- Strong proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time
