Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for 15+ annual corporate and cultural events (200-2,000 attendees)
- Manage $500K+ event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts and optimizing cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and production partners
- Develop immersive event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and audience engagement goals
- Oversees venue selection, logistics, technology integration, and risk mitigation protocols
- Analyze post-event metrics to measure ROI and refine future event strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with premium vendors, venues, and industry partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate event management with $250K+ budget oversight
- Proven expertise in executing large-scale conferences, product launches, and brand activations
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite Pro)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical abilities for budget forecasting and ROI measurement
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complex events with measurable outcomes
