Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex corporate events from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive event budgets, timelines, and vendor service level agreements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, catering, and audio-visual production partners.
- Implement data-driven strategies to ensure high ROI and attendee engagement for all client initiatives.
- Maintain high-level relationships with elite venues and luxury service providers globally.
- Navigate on-site crisis management and quality control to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end event production, preferably within an agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Cvent.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event budgets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern event technology and digital integration.
