Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Leadership: Manage complex corporate events and conferences from initial briefing through to final debrief, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Budget Management: Create detailed budgets, monitor expenditures in real-time, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
  • Vendor Relations: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a diverse network of venues, caterers, AV specialists, and production companies.
