Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end event planning, from concept development to post-event analysis for 50+ annual corporate conferences and product launches
- Manage $1M+ budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize logistics across hybrid and in-person events
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and technicians to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop innovative event experiences leveraging technology (VR/AR, interactive platforms) and sustainability practices
- Drive client satisfaction through strategic relationship management and data-driven performance reporting
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align events with brand messaging and lead generation objectives
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practices in risk management and contingency planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field with 5+ years progressive experience
- Proven track record executing large-scale corporate events (500+ attendees) with measurable ROI
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship building
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and CRM systems
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring event KPIs and optimizing outcomes
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and successful stakeholder management
