Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, ranging from intimate executive meetings to large-scale galas.
- Develop detailed event briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure the best value and quality.
- Manage on-site operations, ensuring seamless logistics, staff coordination, and crisis management.
- Analyze post-event data and gather feedback to optimize future strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in events management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events with budgets exceeding $250,000.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and project management tools.
