Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Manage budgets up to $500K with meticulous vendor negotiations and contract oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including AV, catering, and creative partners
- Develop risk mitigation plans and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event data to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive event management experience with corporate clients
- Proven success executing events for 500+ attendees in metropolitan markets
- Expertise in budget management, vendor sourcing, and contract law
- Strong project management certification (PMP or CEM preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution
