Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ premium events annually, from intimate board meetings to 2,000+ guest conferences
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles: vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, budget allocation, and timeline oversight
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Lead cross-departmental teams including designers, production staff, and technology specialists
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Analyze post-event ROI data and deliver comprehensive performance reports
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury venues, caterers, and technology providers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive event management experience with £500k+ budget oversight
- Proven track record producing complex corporate/consumer events in EMEA markets
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or equivalent certification
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Valid UK driving license and willingness for 25% international travel
