Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-performance power management systems.
  • Design, layout, and verify high-density Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, Cadence, or OrCAD).
  • Conduct thorough signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis to ensure robust system performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to integrate hardware seamlessly into final products.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, validate prototypes, and drive root cause analysis for hardware failures.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards to propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field with 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in power electronics, analog circuit design, and circuit simulation (SPICE).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in PCB design, schematic capture, and component selection.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics PADS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in high-frequency and high-voltage environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
