Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and validation of high-voltage power electronics and embedded hardware systems.
- Develop detailed PCB schematics and layouts using industry-standard EDA tools (Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD).
- Collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis to resolve complex design challenges.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure compliance with ISO, UL, and CE safety standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and interns within the R&D department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hardware design, circuit analysis, or embedded systems.
- Proven proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, PSpice, or Cadence Allegro.
- Strong working knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory, including microcontrollers and FPGAs.
- Experience with high-frequency signal analysis and thermal management strategies.
