Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of analog and digital circuitry for next-gen embedded products.
- Design and layout complex PCBs using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Conduct rigorous signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI analysis.
- Collaborate closely with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on hardware designs in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in embedded hardware design.
- Strong proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Deep understanding of microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, PIC, Arduino) and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
- Experience with component selection, BOM management, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electronic issues.
