Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics for high-voltage power distribution systems
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for industrial control systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex circuit designs using simulation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and NEC standards for all products
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in industrial power systems or renewable energy
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation
- Certification in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C++)
- Demonstrated project leadership in hardware development
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
