Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB layouts for high-speed digital and analog circuits
- Conduct power system analysis and thermal management simulations
- Lead hardware validation testing and troubleshoot complex electrical systems
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical design
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards and regulatory requirements
- Research emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume consumer electronics
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of signal integrity and EMI/EMC principles
- Experience with power electronics and battery management systems
- Familiarity with automotive or medical device regulations
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
