Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of complex electrical systems including power distribution, embedded controls, and IoT sensor networks
- Develop comprehensive schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware for industrial automation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components into larger systems
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes and production units
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and standards
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for energy efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, and PCB design using Altium/Cadence
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for firmware development and automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MATLAB/Simulink modeling
- Knowledge of UL/IEC standards and safety compliance requirements
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end product development cycles
- Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) preferred
