Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the design of complex electrical systems, circuits, and power generation equipment from concept to production.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical components and systems to ensure reliability and performance standards.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in electrical design and systems engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in circuit design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, SPICE) and simulation software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and power electronics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
