Responsibilities
- Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of complex electrical systems for consumer electronics and industrial applications
- Develop detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using industry-standard tools like Altium Designer and Cadence
- Perform power analysis, signal integrity testing, and compliance validation (FCC/CE/UL)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure design quality and best practices
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components
- Research and evaluate new technologies, components, and methodologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in PCB design, power electronics, and embedded systems
- Proficiency in simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and EDA software
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
