Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy storage solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in PCB design, schematic capture, and component validation
- Perform electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis and compliance testing for commercial products
- Develop thermal management solutions for power electronics in extreme environments
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure UL/CE certification compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical for complex PCB layouts
- Proven experience with power electronics (inverters, converters, battery BMS)
- Strong MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation background
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IEC 62368 standards
- Demonstrated project leadership in energy storage or EV charging systems
