Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-power electrical systems for industrial applications.
- Perform comprehensive circuit simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout optimization.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical components to ensure industry safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and systems engineers.
- Manage technical documentation, bill of materials (BOM), and design verification plans.
- Lead root-cause analysis for electrical performance issues during the product lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical design reviews.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design and hardware development.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar ECAD software.
- Deep understanding of power distribution, analog/digital signal integrity, and embedded systems.
- Proven expertise in EMI/EMC testing and regulatory standard compliance (UL, CE, FCC).
- Ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaborative team environments.
