Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for commercial and industrial applications
- Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Altium
- Lead power electronics optimization for renewable energy integration projects
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical prototypes
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and industry safety standards
- Research and implement cutting-edge technologies in power distribution systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design and systems engineering
- Expertise in power electronics, PCB design, and embedded systems
- Proficiency with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE) and CAD software
- Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and grid integration
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
