Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the execution of comprehensive digital roadmap strategies for multi-year federal agency initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and policy experts to modernize legacy systems using cloud-native architectures.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder workshops to align agency leadership on digital priorities and investment outcomes.
- Ensure all digital solutions meet or exceed FISMA, FedRAMP, and Section 508 compliance standards.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies within traditionally rigid bureaucratic structures.
- Manage multi-million dollar project budgets, ensuring rigorous adherence to timelines and performance metrics.
- Advise on the ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in public service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience in technology consulting or IT leadership, specifically within the Government or Public Sector.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level digital transformations (Cloud, ERP, or Citizen Portals).
- Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical senior executives.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or SAFe Agilist.
