Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, encompassing SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytics & Reporting: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis. Generate comprehensive monthly reports to track ROI and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Content Leadership: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, whitepapers, and digital assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics 4, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Creativity: Strong creative flair with the ability to think outside the box and innovate marketing solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
