In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) for maximum ROI.
- Lead organic search efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and prepare detailed reporting for stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the competitive landscape.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with a demonstrated increase in traffic and conversions.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Strong proficiency in SEO best practices and PPC bid management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
