Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition costs
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with content teams to create data-backed content calendars and messaging frameworks
- Present campaign performance insights to C-suite stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior marketers and stay current with emerging digital trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven ROI-driven campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager
- Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Certified Google Ads and Analytics Professional (or equivalent certification)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful multi-channel campaign scaling and optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
