- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives for landing pages and conversion funnels
- Manage digital advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic channels
- Create compelling content narratives that align with brand voice and audience personas
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI-driven campaigns
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid social advertising, and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing
