Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email automation, and social media campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with 6+ figures in ad spend
- Create compelling content assets (blogs, whitepapers, video scripts) aligned with buyer personas
- Lead marketing automation workflows using HubSpot/Marketo to nurture leads
- Present performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI in B2B/B2C campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo preferred)
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience in dashboard creation (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
