Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize ROI and reporting.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
