Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Architect and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable ROI.
- SEO & Content: Lead SEO initiatives, keyword research, and content strategy to improve organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic.
- PPC Management: Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) to maximize conversion rates and minimize CPA.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, GA4, Tableau) to track performance, generate insightful reports, and optimize strategies in real-time.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints, including social media, email marketing, and the corporate website.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation platforms.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
