What You'll Do
As part of our marketing leadership, you will:
- Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Create and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable ROI.
- Optimize SEO & Content: Lead SEO initiatives and content marketing efforts to improve organic visibility and engage our target demographic.
- Manage Paid Media: Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms to maximize lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide deep-dive analytics reports to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and manage external agencies to maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee SEO, content marketing, and social media initiatives to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to refine marketing funnels.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-quality assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Lead the recruitment and mentorship of junior marketing staff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
