Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and content channels.
- Optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to maximize organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4 and other tools to uncover actionable insights that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Manage a quarterly marketing budget of $50k+ and oversee agency relationships and vendor performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and product roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Innovatech Global at the forefront of digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in a management role.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC (Google Ads), and Content Marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and forecast ROI effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
