- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion funnels and user engagement metrics
- Manage $500K+ annual media budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Present campaign insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B SaaS marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools (Marketo/HubSpot)
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, and/or HubSpot Marketing
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience creating executive dashboards
- Experience managing remote/distributed marketing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 7-figure revenue growth through digital channels
