Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies spanning SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with $2M+ annual ad spend, optimizing for CAC and ROI
- Analyze complex marketing data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and marketing automation specialists
- Drive lead generation funnels achieving 30%+ MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with proven success in B2B SaaS or tech industries
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and marketing automation tools (Marketo/HubSpot)
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO optimization, including technical SEO and content strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing $500K+ annual ad budgets and scaling performance campaigns
- Excellent project management abilities with track record of delivering complex initiatives
