Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels
- Lead A/B testing and optimization of conversion funnels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
- Analyze multi-platform performance data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms with monthly $50K+ spend
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and user journeys
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct monthly performance reviews for the digital team
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B/B2C campaigns through SEO, paid media, and growth hacking
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and analytics platforms
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and/or HubSpot required
- Experience managing teams of 4+ marketers and $500K+ annual budgets
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience creating executive dashboards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful digital transformation projects
