Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to optimize conversion funnels.
- Craft compelling messaging and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral and content.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
