Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams of content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads and social platforms, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness
- Create detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven campaign management success
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience managing budgets of $100k+ and demonstrating measurable ROI
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, and/or HubSpot required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns with quantifiable results
