Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Own the end-to-end management of paid media budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to execute high-impact A/B testing and landing page optimization programs.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, reporting directly to the CMO on performance trends.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and mar-tech vendors to maintain a cutting-edge marketing stack.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, results-oriented marketing culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS or E-commerce sectors.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven track record of managing annual performance budgets exceeding $2M+.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
